This 50-minute session offers a focused, confidential space to explore your concerns and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and may address areas such as stress, anxiety, relationships, life transitions, or personal growth. Using a collaborative and goal-oriented approach, we will identify patterns, develop practical strategies, and build tools to support your well-being both during and between sessions.

Whether you are starting therapy for the first time or continuing ongoing work, this session provides the structure and consistency needed for effective progress.

Sessions are available in person or by secure video and must be booked in advance. There is a fee for late minute cancellations.

Couples Therapy

$180.00

This 50 minute session offers a calm and supportive space where both of you can speak openly and feel heard. The focus is on understanding what is happening beneath the surface, improving communication, and working through patterns that may be causing tension.

Whether you are dealing with ongoing conflict, trust issues, or simply feeling disconnected, this process is meant to help you move forward with more clarity and a stronger sense of connection.

The goal is not to take sides, but to support both of you in feeling understood and to help you build a healthier and more stable relationship together.
