HEALING THROUGH TRUTH

The Meaning Behind Our Name

Where your truth is heard, healing begins.

That's what SACH stands for, and what every session is built around. We help you see it, accept it, change it, and heal from it, at your own pace, in your own words.

SEE

Naming what's really happening, without minimizing it.

ACCEPT

Meeting yourself where you are, without judgment.

CHANGE

Building the skills and awareness to move forward.

HEAL

Reconnecting with who you've always been.

Addictions and Mental Health

Addiction and mental health concerns often affect different areas of life, including work, relationships, and personal confidence. Therapy can help you better understand your struggles, address patterns that may be affecting you, and find healthier ways to manage daily challenges.

Trauma Therapy

Trauma can shape how you respond to situations, connect with others, and view yourself. Therapy can help you explore the effects of past experiences, process difficult emotions, and develop a stronger understanding of how trauma may be influencing your life today.

Concerns with Anxiety

Anxiety can show up through constant worry, fear, racing thoughts, or feeling overwhelmed by everyday situations. Therapy provides support in exploring these experiences and helps you better understand your anxiety so you can move through life with greater awareness and confidence.

Depression Therapy

Depression can affect your mood, motivation, relationships, and interest in activities you once enjoyed. Therapy offers a place to talk about what you are experiencing, identify what may be contributing to these feelings, and begin making changes that support your overall well-being.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy focuses on your personal needs, concerns, and goals. Whether you are dealing with addiction, emotional struggles, life changes, or difficulties with self-image, sessions provide dedicated time to reflect, talk openly, and receive guidance based on your experiences.

Couples Counselling

Couples counselling is designed for partners who want to address relationship concerns, improve understanding, or work through difficult periods together. Sessions provide an opportunity to discuss concerns openly and focus on building healthier ways of connecting with each other.

Walk-and-Talk Sessions

Walk-and-talk sessions offer a different way to engage in therapy outside of a traditional office setting. They provide an opportunity to step away from daily pressures, decompress, and have meaningful conversations in a more relaxed and comfortable environment.

Our Approach to Therapy

Our work is based on understanding your experiences, listening without judgment, and finding approaches that fit your goals. With over 3 years of experience supporting individuals with addiction and mental health concerns, Sach Psychotherapy provides a person-centred approach that considers where you are and what you need.

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
CBT focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. It helps you recognize patterns that may be affecting your daily life and develop more helpful ways of responding to challenges.

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
DBT focuses on building skills to manage emotions, handle difficult situations, and improve your ability to respond to life’s challenges with greater awareness and balance.

  • Narrative Therapy
Narrative Therapy explores the stories and beliefs you hold about yourself and your experiences. It helps you look at your life from a different perspective and create a stronger sense of identity beyond your struggles.
